As well as offering the highest level of Pilates available, Red Rock Pilates is also a community.
Our classes are small in size and are designed to not only help you receive the best Pilates practice possible, but will also place you with a group of people who will support you in achieving your goals - so much more than just a studio. You will instantly notice the difference between our studio and the cheap mass produced offering.

All of this is conducted in our state of the art studio and enhanced with the option of additional online workouts at your discretion.
1.
POSTURAL ASSESSMENT
Firstly, we begin with a comprehensive one on one consultation, during which we seek to understand your motivation for doing Pilates. This might be the need to recover from injury, the desire to improve your muscle tone or to improve in your chosen sport. We will also undertake a detailed postural assessment which will highlight what may be causing your pain and will provide strategies to improve your posture and to overcome the pain that is holding you back.

CUSTOMISED WORKOUTS
Secondly, with this knowledge in hand we will design a comprehensive Pilates program designed to help you to achieve your goals. Each class will focus on improving your core strength, posture and movement patterns. In class you receive clear and detailed instruction on how to perform each exercise so that you can obtain maximum benefit from the class.

PROGRESS REVIEWS
Thirdly, after each 10 week period we conduct a review of your progress, providing feedback on achievements, setbacks, progression, attendance and answering any questions you might have. We are here to help you to achieve your goals, so questions are encouraged along the way to ensure your desired outcome is achieved.
DELIVERY
All classes are conducted in our state of the art studio, either as a Private session or within a small group as a Semi-Private class. In addition you can also take up supplementary online workouts that will further enhance your progression.
STUDIO PRIVATE
With just you and your dedicated instructor, our private classes are designed to provide individual attention and privacy that only we can offer. Closely follow your individual program, with expert assistance at every step.
STUDIO SEMI-PRIVATE
Join others in a small group session, with your personalised program and expert pilates instructor.
Workouts will utilise all that studio can offer, thereby challenging you like never before.
MOBILE APP
Supplement your studio class with an online workout using our standalone Mobile App. Each workout has been carefully selected to reflect your personalised program, with no equipment required and at no additional cost.
